Section 1

Introduction

8.2 Casino Games

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

Account Termination & Closure

13.1 Closure by the Player

A Player may request closure of their account at any time by contacting VA777's support team. Prior to closure, the Player should withdraw any available real-money balance. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise required by the operator's terms.

13.2 Closure by VA777

VA777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player's account — and to withhold associated funds pending investigation — in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe
• A Player being identified as a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement directive

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal review. VA777 will communicate account closure decisions to the registered Player email address where practicable.

Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

VA777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
